Job Description:
A company is looking for a DMV Customer Service Representative
who will work remotely to assist customers with inquiries and
applications related to motor vehicle services.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inquiries and determine eligibility for various driver and
vehicle services
Research solutions and process customer applications related to
licenses and registrations
Interpret state statutes and federal regulations regarding vehicle
titling and registration
Required Qualifications
Experience providing customer service
Experience researching and resolving customer issues
Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word,
or Excel
Experience in a high-volume customer service contact center
Experience interpreting and explaining complex information, such as
laws and statutes
