A company is looking for a Business Operations Associate to manage day-to-day operations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and account management
Monitor failed invoices and ensure timely payment collection
Manage internal documentation and support special projects to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in managing processes and deliverables
Enthusiasm for learning new tools such as Stripe and HubSpot
Proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute
Passion for continuous learning and optimization
