Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Support Specialist to
provide patient support and manage insurance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage communications and maintain accurate records
Assist families with intake processes and maintain
confidentiality
Collect and verify insurance information and assist with billing
and coding
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office
administration or medical billing is a plus
Previous experience in administrative support or insurance
specialist role, preferably in healthcare or education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical practice
