Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer/SME to support
modernization efforts at a DoD agency.
Key Responsibilities
Support the upgrade from ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management
(SPM) Standard to SPM Professional
Implement ServiceNow's scaled-agile (SAFe) features and conduct
technical assessments
Plan and execute data migration from Jira to ServiceNow and develop
training materials
Required Qualifications
10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 8 years
with a Master's; or 14 years with a High School
Diploma/equivalent
Proficiency in developing and configuring ServiceNow, especially
SPM Professional
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile development
processes
Active Secret security Clearance
Migration experience from Jira to ServiceNow
