FHA Mortgage Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Mortgage Origination Customer Service Specialist with experience in the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service by answering calls and emails regarding FHA guidelines and procedures
Utilize mortgage knowledge to find answers in a knowledge database for client inquiries
Document all communications in a database and stay updated on FHA processes

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED certificate
A minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience
At least 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experience
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
Knowledge or background in FHA guidelines
