• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• CVOR - National Certification required - NBSTSA
• CST - National Certification required - NBSTSA
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
• NIH Stroke Certification

  • Cleveland Clinic Main Campus- CVOR RN circulator.
  • Scrub experience required.
  • Circulate Cardiac, Thoracic Surgery.
  • Day shift: 4x12's 9am-9:30pm or 3x13's 9am-10:30pm - Will be further discussed with NM during interview.
  • MUST HAVE 18 months recent CVOR experience.
  • MUST HAVE min 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel.
  • Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
  • PBDS Assessment - waived.
  • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
  • Qualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.

    • MUST HAVE 18 months recent CVOR experience.
    • MUST HAVE min 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel.
    • MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
    • AHA - BLS cert required

      • Day shift: 4x12's 9am-9:30pm or 3x13's 9am-10:30pm

        • AHA Only (Instructor or Provider); RQI acceptable
