About the Co-Manager PositionWe are seeking a Co-Manager who is passionate about leading a team and driving business results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing operational leadership, mentoring team members, and contributing to the overall success of the store.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational leadership and support to the Store Manager
• Lend merchandising expertise to enhance store presentation

  • Previous retail management experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
