Behavioral Health Program Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead cross-functional strategies for vendor partners in
core benefit offerings
Maximize value from vendor partners and oversee the implementation
of pharmacy and behavioral health benefits
Manage team performance and ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements
Qualifications
12+ years of program management experience with strategic
partners
5+ years of experience working in healthcare
7+ years of experience in leadership roles
Health plan experience is a plus
MBA is a bonus
